By using cleanbins360.com or signing up for any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Clean Bins 360 provides residential trash bin cleaning, pressure washing, junk removal, and dumpster rentals within our service area. Services and availability may vary by location.

2. Service Area

Trash bin cleaning is available in Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Thousand Oaks, and Newbury Park, CA. Junk removal and dumpster rentals also serve Calabasas and Malibu. We may decline service outside these areas.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Plans include Monthly (6-month minimum), Quarterly (4-quarter minimum), and On Demand (no commitment).
  • Your first service is charged on the day you sign up. Subsequent charges occur on the 1st of the month in which your service is scheduled.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method until you cancel, subject to your plan's minimum commitment.

4. Scheduling

Trash bin cleaning is scheduled for the day after your trash collection day. We aim for the nearest available date; capacity or holidays may shift service to a later week. Bins must be left at the curb and visible.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate address, trash day, and access information (including gate codes), and to ensure bins are accessible and empty on your scheduled day.

6. Cancellation

Subscriptions may be cancelled after the minimum commitment by contacting us. Charges already made for scheduled or completed services are non-refundable.

7. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us and we will make it right.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clean Bins 360 is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our services.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
